Quiet Connections Lenten Experience

Lent is a time for introspection and intentionality to achieve a more intimate relationship with God.

We invite you to explore a deeper connection with God. Find ways to calm your mind and body and allow the Holy Spirit to awaken you to its presence.

March 13
Experience ways to achieve the following through art and walking a labyrinth:

• quiet your mind
• calm anxieties
• recover balance in your life
• enhance creativity
• encourage meditation, insight and self-reflection
• reduce stress

March 30
Bring a yoga mat or towel, or grab a chair when you arrive. Experience body prayer through movement and spend time practicing lectio divina.

Childcare is available for children ages three months – 11 years.
