At Restoration, we exist to restore people to the wonder of Christ, the church to the world, and the community to wholeness and healing.

Jesus is Lord. No Jesus, no church. Our church is founded on Jesus Christ, his teachings, and the work he did to bring healing, wholeness and salvation to this world. Our songs, our messages and our actions are centered around the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
AUTHENTIC
You be you. Whether a believer or doubter, been in church all your life, out of church for a while or never been to church; whether a long time member or a first time guest, you be you. We seek to be an authentic expression and experience of Jesus Christ in this world. Our hope is that people discover their true whole selves in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Meet the Team
Daniel Park
LEAD PASTOR
Daniel Park is the Lead Pastor of Restoration Church. He’s passionate about Restoration's mission: helping people rediscover the wonder of Christ, the beauty of the Church, and the wholeness of community.
Daniel helps lead what’s called Fresh Expressions at Restoration — creative, everyday ways of being the Church beyond Sunday mornings. He loves equipping people to dream boldly, live curiously, and join in God’s work of renewal in Reston and beyond.
He earned his Doctor of Ministry and Master of Divinity from Drew Theological Seminary and his undergraduate degree from Vassar College, where he studied sociology with a focus on race, ethnicity, and gender.
He’s married to Rev. Isaiah Park, his partner in ministry and “kingdom shenanigans,” and together they’re raising four wonderful (and very lively) kids. Daniel’s also a musician, coffee lover, and fan of all things Apple, Marvel, Star Wars, and Lord of the Rings.
